Adding new macro to stylesheet and calling in RPE

i am evaluating RPE for Doors reporting, i am currently using Doors 9.3, i would like to add a macro which converts URL into hyperlink.

1. I have a new template designed for my requirement
2. i have added macro "rpe": from the reference dot file to generate Table Of Contents
3. now i would like to add a new macro called URL2Hyperlink into the list
4. how do i add? and how do i call this in RPE?

I am phasing problem "Compileerror: member already exists in a object modulefrom which this object module derives"

please let me know the solution
